What is the Garmon striped canvas case for knitting needles and crochet hooks?
It's a canvas organiser case that opens out flat and keeps your knitting needles, crochet hooks, cables and small accessories in individual pockets. The outside is made from teal canvas, while the inside features striped fabric. When fully opened, it measures 49 cm wide.
It's designed for anyone who knits or crochets at home or takes their projects out and about. The canvas is strong and thick, while the striped fabric on the flap and inside is fine and soft. Everything stays organised and easy to see, so your needles no longer get mixed up at the bottom of your bag.
How many pockets does it have and what is each one for?
It has 36 pockets: 20 for 15 cm double-pointed knitting needles, such as those used for knitting socks, or 15 cm crochet hooks; 14 for circular knitting needles, cables and other accessories; and 2 zipped pockets for storing stitch markers or darning needles.
Double-pointed needles have a point at each end and are used for knitting in the round. If you don't have any yet, you'll find double-pointed needles for knitting in the round in various sizes in our shop.

How do you close and carry the case?
The case opens out flat so you can see everything at a glance, while the 16 cm high flap covers the needles. Once folded, it fastens with an elastic cord that hooks around a metal button with a flexible faux leather tab. Its size when closed depends on what you store inside.
